Ticket and Music Venue Policy

Fees: All orders are subject to a non-refundable per-ticket processing fee.
Refunds & Exchanges: Tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets may be exchanged for a different performance (subject to an exchange fee) up to 60 days prior to the original show date.
Cancellations: Refunds will only be issued if a performance is officially canceled by the theatre.

Perks: Groups receive one (1) complimentary ticket for the tour leader with every 25 paid tickets.
Processing Fees: Group bookings enjoy a discounted 4% per-ticket processing fee.
Payment Schedule:
- At Booking: A $200.00 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure the dates.
- 60 Days Out: A second non-refundable payment of $500.00 is due.
- 30 Days Out: Final ticket counts and the remaining balance are due. No refunds or exchanges are permitted after this final payment.
- Note: For bookings made within 30 days of the performance, full payment is due immediately.
Changes to Group Size: You may adjust your ticket quantity on unpaid tickets before the 30-day deadline, provided the total stays at or above 25 tickets. If an order drops below the 25-ticket minimum, the booking will revert to individual pricing, and standard ticket rates and service fees will apply to the entire order.
Arrival: Groups must arrive at least 40 minutes prior to showtime to ensure smooth seating.

To ensure the best experience for all guests, please note the following rules:

Food & Beverage: Outside food and drinks (regardless of size or packaging) are strictly prohibited. Refreshments and snacks are available for purchase at our on-site concessions.
Cameras & Recording: The unauthorized use of cameras, cell phones, or any other audio/video recording devices to capture or broadcast the performance is strictly prohibited.
Smoking & Vaping: Our venue is a smoke-free facility. Smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere inside the theatre, and permitted only outside at a distance of 50 feet or more from the building.
